Then I bought the real course video for the CT I already owned. I visited the course the fall before the race and rented a bike to ride the course. I have the real course video for IM CDA and raced CDA a few years ago. However, I would recommend a CT for all of your other IM training.
But I will tell you that if you are thinking of buying a CT solely for the purpose of using the real course video to train for an Ironman I would recommend that you NOT do it.they just cost too much for that single purpose.
I have used a computrainer the past few years and LOVE it.
